Various surfaces and many colors
We produce polyolefin sheets in thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 5.0 mm. Our maximum extrusion width is 2.2 m. Sheets can be produced up to a length of 4 m. Of course, it is also possible to obtain our products in rolls.
You have the choice between different surfaces: High gloss, silk matt, matt or grained. We are sure to find the right surface texture for you. We have a corresponding color palette in our program. This can be expanded according to your requirements in cooperation with our long-standing partners in the masterbatch sector. The possibility of coextrusion is of course available to us. This means that mono, AB / BA or ABA sheets can be produced.
Properties
We offer PP as a homopolymer, copolymer, regenerated material and a combination of these. Regenerated products are available in the colors colored, grey, anthracite and black. On request, we can also reinforce PP products with mineral fillers such as talcum or chalk to significantly enhance their mechanical properties. It is possible to customize our products even further by adding additives. Examples include UV stabilization, antistatic agents, corona treatment and others. PP products are resistant to almost all organic solvents and greases as well as most acids and alkalis.
Application examples
We offer the material PE as LD-PE, HD-PE, regenerated material as well as a combination of both. Regenerated products are available in the colors colored, grey, anthracite and black. PE virgin grades are physiologically harmless and can be dyed in all colors. The most important properties of our PE sheets are very high impact strength, very good chemical resistance and food-safe. Bonding and painting PE pose difficulties due to its high chemical stability. Here too, we can offer you solutions.
